Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment Details

Prior to the Initial Consultation, the Client Assessment form must be completed. This ensures that the information discussed is concise and meaningful. The Initial Consultation is the second step, and must be completed prior to purchasing a Coaching Plan.

Cancellation Policies

Provided a 24 hour notice is given, any appointment can be rescheduled at no additional cost. In the case of a “no show” for a scheduled appointment, barring technical difficulties or an act of God, the client will be charged for the full appointment cost. In the case of the cancellation of a Flex Plan, (unless cancellation occurs before the first appointment) an 85$ service charge will be applied to your payment card.

Payment Policies

Pricing is incentivized for plans paid in full, as shown on the product descriptions page. The cost of the Initial Consultation fee is refunded to your account after your first appointment (in the case of a Flex Plan), or within 5 business days of your package purchase (in the case of plans paid in full).
